Pan Demetrakakes has been a business journalist since 1992, mostly covering various aspects of the food production and supply chain, including processing, packaging, distribution and retailing. He has served as chief editor of Food & Beverage Packaging and Specialty Coffee Retailer, and has also worked for Packaging and Retail Leader. He has a degree in communications from Stanford.

Paul DiLallo is the North American Food & Beverage Director for SUEZ Water Technologies and Solutions (WTS). Paul and team focus on delivering unique water and wastewater treatment solutions to the North American F&B industry. His career spans over 25 years in sales and applications engineering related to water and wastewater treatment, with much of that spent in the Food & Beverage industry. Prior to SUEZ, Paul worked for APV and Aqua-Chem in various managerial and Applications Engineering roles.  He joined GE Water & Process Technologies in 2002, which was acquired by SUEZ in 2018.  Paul has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marquette University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Mark Knight
is an environmental and sustainability specialist with over 14 years of experience focusing on developing and executing holistic and collaborative solutions for municipalities and industrial companies to ensure the sustainable management of water and other essential resources.  Currently, Mark is a Global Market & Applications Development Manager for SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS).  Before joining SUEZ WTS, he was a Senior Engineer, Environmental Excellence & Sustainability at Suncor Energy.  Mark has published, presented and won awards on various topics including Industrial Water Treatment, Biotechnology, Digital Solutions, and Sustainability.  He is also extremely active in organizations including the Water Environment Federation (WEF), the International Water Association (IWA), and the Capitals Coalition.  Mark has a master’s degree (M.A.Sc.) in Environmental Applied Science & Management, a Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical & Bioengineering, he is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, Canada, and is a certified Sustainability Excellence Associate (SEA) with the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP).
