Join Food Processing's own Dave Fusaro, as well as technical experts Mike Edgett of Infor; and Richard Sides of Ultra Consultants, as they talk about the issues that the food and beverage industry should be on the watch for in 2018.

During the webcast, we'll cover topics such as:

  • Business issues and trends facing small to large companies — transparency, GMOs, finding sales growth.
  • Product development issues, including removing added sugars for the new Nutrition Facts panel, more analytical testing and more stage-gating by even small companies.
  • Plant operations concerns, including third-party certifications, the continued rollout of FSMA and now environmental swabbing by government inspectors.
  • And the software and services need to tie this all together within your enterprise.
